Yesterday, on Father's Day did up some shake & bake chicken thighs, addictive to me, and I didn't hold back. I react if I eat chicken too often so I indulge when I do. Also a wee bit of cake = gluten reaction. So all in all the scale bounce wasn't bad. Back on track today. Good news today is Dr. is leaving thyroid meds as they are, whew!
