Scale finally going in the direction of my efforts. Hottest day in over a century yesterday and may beat that today. Watering plants is like a sauna no matter when I start. I juice a whack of garden greens, collected in a laundry basket. That always agrees with my system and aides in weight loose. Very hard to come up with a value for that, but I tried. It has a carrot/ celery base, with as many overgrown cucumbers and zucchini as I can find, not many yet this year, and a lot of swiss chard and kale greens. When I have a bumper crop, rhubarb goes in too, but again, not this year. It takes me hours. My husband made me a fruit press to help me process the greens. I have to add water and use Vitamix, then squeeze it out. I make gallons and freeze any extra.
