Unfortunately, I’m almost back to my bad weight. Want to punish myself. But I know it’ll lead to more food and more weight. That’s why I better just focus on taking care of myself.
Today is 7/12/2021. My current weight is 77kg. Aim for now is 75kg and further is 69kg. Let’s see how long it’ll take. I’ll try to make 75 kg within 3 weeks. That means I’ll have to count calories within this 3 weeks. And I should eat not more than 1900, but not less that 1600. Also I should jog and work out at least one time per week. Let’s see how it’ll go.
