I don’t normally log these ups and downs because they are totally normal. I ate heavy and late last night, dehydrated as well. Had a leg sesh with Mike this morning, scale will be up tomorrow too I’m sure. Not worried. I’ll be down to 178-180 by my bday trip in Sep. 🤣
