Note to self: 5 days gym this week, mostly heavy weights. Consumed extra calories daily too. I’ve put on a little Chubb around the waist, but not too bothered about that now, as gaining weight is mostly important. (I’ll soon get rid of the Chubb in September 😜 ) #FeelingGood
