Crazy to drop today after having a mini chocolate binge on chocolate covered almonds. I'll take it, I'll celebrate it. Tuna salad always seems to help. I have to be careful of the turkey pepperoni. Turkey is safe, but I'm reacting to it being a preserved meat. Darn. So I figure one every other or third day is ok. Late, 11:00 Breakfast/Lunch. Should help me keep calorie intake down. Smokey days is annihilating summer exercise. Again, Drat! So, instead, keep calorie intake under control.
