Crazy to drop today after having a mini chocolate binge on chocolate covered almonds. I'll take it, I'll celebrate it. Tuna salad always seems to help. I have to be careful of the turkey pepperoni. Turkey is safe, but I'm reacting to it being a preserved meat. Darn. So I figure one every other or third day is ok.
Late, 11:00 Breakfast/Lunch. Should help me keep calorie intake down. Smokey days is annihilating summer exercise. Again, Drat! So, instead, keep calorie intake under control.

Chocolate and almonds both are food that aid the body to break down unneeded cells (read about mTOR on wikipedia). Of course sugar is not great but just make sure to get dark chocolate and you are being healthier than you thought.
