Blow out on Friday. Jeremy and friend gave us the gift of a beautifully presented, and plated gourmet dinner: shrimp coattail appetizer, a big Caesar salad with full fat dressing and parmesan, short ribs, Yorkshire pudding, red wine beef sauce, veggies in béarnaise sauce, mashed potatoes, baked Alaskan flambeed dessert with pistachio ice cream center and lemon pudding side. Wow! My son went all out and we dined with a capital D. So... I pay; with inflammation for 2 days, chills, migraine and lethargy. But, hey, when did we last have a gala family evening. Oh, and wine that was a gift for passing on some beautiful organic peaches we grew. I loved every instant. Today I fasted as best I could. Nausea was an issue so I had a cup of soup as we ran errands. Also, I need to eat with some meds and supplements. Not much choice there, so didn't help inflammatory load. Then broke fast with large supper. That usually fast tracks the reaction.
