Thanks gg-girl, Bren, and Paula. Chia seeds are an herb. Maybe you heard of the Chia pet...chi, chi, chi, chia. Lol These tiny seeds are full of Omega threes and full of fiber. Also on Atkins they are 0 net carbs. I have bought them at Whole Foods and online. Before I close here...I just want to say how much I miss all my friends. Love ya'll bunches!
