I haven't been on the treadmill in over a week. I know that is affecting my weight loss, but I 'am' sticking to my eating plan without deviating at all. I'm learning that eating healthy can still taste amazing. There are SO many great recipes online and I'm trying as many as I can. My husband, daughter and I are eating a lot more organic...and reading labels for HFC, MSG, and any of the yucky chemicals and fats we have all been told about, so changes are definitely happening and we are headed in a better direction. With cutting out gluten and the chemicals, our bodies will definitely function at a higher level and be able to heal itself more effectively and efficiently. It's like a light has gone off and I'm so happy about that. Yay!
