Keto every day!
I’m 69 and thin. Here’s my usual routine:
Breakfast: Bulletproof coffee: coffee+butter+heavy cream. Whipped up with a little stick blender. Sometimes I include some MCT oil. Coleslaw big snack, 1-2 times a day: coleslaw blend from a bag, with a Keto salad dressing on it. Snacks whenever: cheese, summer sausage, peanut butter. Butter, I just lick it off the knife! Main Meal - either lunch or dinner: 1-2 burgers, or steak. Sometimes chicken. If it’s not fatty (like a ribeye!is fatty), I’ll cut up the meat, and add Keto mayo to make a chicken (or steak) salad. Plus cooked veggies or a salad or a Keto coleslaw. Sometimes I’ll do French toast with Keto bread (Aldi’s). Or eggs + bacon or sausage.
Usually, I’ll only have one main meal per day. But I snack as much as I want, pretty much.
