Really frustrated that my weight is waffling. I'm struggling to not gain while I'm trying hard to loose. What the heck? 135 tends to be a plateau and I really need to get 3- 5 lbs below to give me a buffer to hold that weight. So hard. Kayaked extra far yesterday, very worn out and weight isn't budging.
