Rainy and I need to get on light for SAD as equinox approaches. Of course I need to start batching soups and switch gears so that sedentary season doesn’t kill my progress. Hurray for finally breaking through the 135 lb mega plateau. Now I set my sights on 130lbs. For the first time in years I have less than 10 lbs to go. Also First time I’ve done this in a sustainable way without crazy food restrictions. I feel so good and my skin glows. I’ve always eaten well and carefully. Maybe the collagen supplement has some of the benefits touted. I mix my magic formula of Metamucil, homemade kombucha and 2 Tbsp of collagen powder. It is filling and helps me spin out the time between meals. I’m conscious of keeping the meal and snack window reasonably narrow.
