Keto every day! Today - after weigh in - I ate some things I don’t usually. Total of 4 slices of Aldi’s Keto bread. No-sugar jam on two pieces (breakfast). Dinner was Keto coleslaw with cut up chicken and mayo and BBQ sauce. Plus broccoli+cauliflower. Plus the other two bread slices with mayo and liverwurst. I can’t remember why I had for lunch any more! Maybe just some coleslaw. I make it with a Keto salad dressing.
