Keto every day!
Apparently the Groundhog Day phase has ended.

Yesterday I had 1-2 tbsp of half and half. Not exactly Keto, but that ONE gram of carb was not enuf carbs to support this increase.

Aha! Yesterday’s main meal had about 2100 mg of sodium. PLUS miscellaneous cheese, salted almonds, and some other salty snacks. So I probably picked up some water weight.

GuruOfFitness, I have to agree. I weighed in a second time, after having my morning coffee. It’s physiological effects brought my weight down to 145.2, same as yesterday’s weight.
