We went to a Keto dinner last night, with some friends. He’s a terrific cook. I simply ate too much! - I’d already had some grilled fish, soup, and a pan-fried sausage and bacon dish, and a very delicious and substantial fish cake. Then when I was already full, our host announced the chicken was ready! I had most of a chicken thigh. And then a couple spoonfuls of delicious, artificially sweetened homemade ice cream. Too much of a good thing. Today, I’ll probably have only coffee and water until afternoon. Or maybe I’ll not eat till evening...
