Keto every day! We had some truly Keto pizza yesterday - it didn’t even have a “pretend” dough. It’s called Pizza in a Bowl. Roasted/sautéed cauliflower is the base, with the other pizza ingredients spread out over the top and baked at 350°. So that was shredded mozzarella, tomato paste, pan-fried Italian sausage, spices, and pepperoni. I must have had a bit too much of it!
