Getting over that "monthly" hump and back on track. No more sugar cravings for this girl! Seeing the results is fantastic! Yesterday I wasn't even hungry most of the day, but made myself eat dinner anyway. Did realize that a diet pop does help with sugar cravings when they get really bad, and it's a lot better than those sugar free cookies or any other cheating. Keeping that one in mind. Making good headway for my next goal. Can't wait to reach it!
