What the crap?
Thats what I get for checking every day. I have to train myself to stop that!
Clean eating is going well. I did have some carbs last night before bed which was dumb but I'm not going to beat myself up over it. I feel like I made up pretty good for it at the gym.

Yep, you'll be okay. From day to day you're going to have ups and downs, and when you know maybe yesterday wasn't so good, give yourself a day or so to recover. Eat healthy and get that gym work in and you'll be seeing losses. Good luck!!

Yes, if you decide to weigh-in daily you have to be prepared for those little shocks. Try once a week at the same time of day (mornings work best for me) and use the same scale. You are doing great! Stay consistent and that number will be back down. Also, don't forget that our muscles retain water (so they say) when they are in recovery mode. So look at all factors when you see numbers change.

But, see, that is the benefit of weighing oneself every day - you see results immediately and learn what kind of eating works for losing weight and what kind of eating adds pounds. It's a good way to learn about your own body and keep yourself in check. I weigh myself every day and when I look at the numbers, they tend to go down a little, down a little, up alot, down a little, plateau a while, then down a lot. It's never a straight angled line down when you weigh yourself every day - it's a zig-zag down. If you d it over time, then look at just one of the days in a past month or two and you will see a downward progression. But checking your weight every day is a learning tool.
