Yesterday was a total fail of a day food-wise. Took my future son-in-law out for testosterone reload (house full of girls) and for his birthday. I had hard cider and pizza, then killed two more slices when I got home. Feeling pretty cruddy this morning. Doubled up on my metformin on my pm dose.

I know how you feel, it's always a fail for me when I go out to a restaurant. Make it up today as best you can by keeping the carbs low, and exercise. It's not perfect, but don't beat yourself up too much for it. Then back on that horse, young lady!

That's the plan. Lay off much more than protein drinks for most of the day, going to be out volunteering at a bike co-op and have another b-day dinner to go to but will be focusing on one of the restaurants killer omelettes.
