I'm not going to weigh myself for a while i've decided. i weighed myself last week . . .but that's it. it's a psychological thing. i see that I am doing well and I think oh good I can eat. no, no. i did that and i gained 10 lbs. back and was non-compliant with the meds.
I have to go back to the doctor in two weeks. & i am not going to let them tell me what my weight is then either. they put me on the bontril and that is working better than then phentermine. so i'm taking the bontril and the water pill in the am, another bontril and the topomax in the pm, and a B12 injection 1x a week.
