My food tracking and healthy eating was really pretty good all week. However I have had a few weeks of BACK health problems.....Had acute attack on Feb. 26 + 27....could hardly walk with the pain in my back.......I am on medication but the Injections they gave me 4 months ago evidently WORE off......Dr. on thursday is working with me......I may need BACK SURGERY done......
questions to be answered today by nurse when she returns my call......
