What's happening!! I had just celebrated my recent lower weight stability by getting new jeans, size 4. Then sproing - up the scale screams. This is usually an inflammatory reaction to a food. I have eaten chicken more regularly, and had low cal sausages last night that may contain preservatives.
Family matters have been weighing heavily for weeks, I guess a couple of months. Yesterday I had wonderful prayer intersession with a couple of women at a church morning group I go to. I felt a weight I didn't know I carried and the intensity of emotion just lift. Coming home I was so exhausted, I slept and dozed in my chair the rest of the day until bedtime, then slept right through. I've been dragging so bad hard to burn calories with activities.
So I'll stick to my eating plan, fibre, lower calories than fitbit reads by a few hundred per day, lots of water, I added in a special probiotic. The scale WILL cooperate, because I will give it no option.
