so i am lactose intolerant as well as being wheat sensitive again i have enjoyed the last four years but i did wonder if it would lasts forever, so it's a year after nursing that i got a system reset. on the bright side extreme diarea and all day intergestion are good aids to nudge me into making better food choices.
