So I had a bit of wheat yesterday, hoping this is an inflammatory response. I'm pretty bewildered and looking at past practices during successful periods. I haven't used my vibration machine for a bit. I am having knee pain and concerned about some usual activities, landscaping, lungs and squats. I have physio appointments booked to try to figure out what is safe and helpful.
