Well, I haven't been on here in a while! I'm married! The wedding was amazing and we surely ate and drank a lot of good food! I didn't loose as much as a I wanted to before the wedding, but I lost enough to make a difference. I can actually look at my wedding pictures and be happy about them, and not think of how fat I look, like I do in most pictures.
Now it's time to get back on track. It's time to continue my weight loss journey. My new motivation is planning for the future, and starting a family with my husband. I have high blood pressure, and want to make myself as healthy as possible before my husband and I start planning for a family.
So I'm back. Going to get back into full swing starting now! (Though I know today is going to be tough as we are having a luncheon in my office).
