Ugh. I gained 4 lb in 2 days. I didn’t weigh myself yesterday morning - so I can’t tell which day had the increase. Maybe both days.

I had some macadamias Friday. And a tiny handful of peanuts. Saturday I had a huge keto meal. Beef-bacon chili, very rich due to all the fat in it. Plus some snacks of cheese, liverwurst. and butter.

I think, snacking on fatty stuff all day long doesn’t work if you end up with a large meal later the same day. 😁
