I have a feeling this latest loss of a pound is just from being dehydrated and I will gain it back by tomorrow. I am hoping I'm incorrect about that!
Tonight is dinner w/ my boyfriend's family. She almost always has bread and pot pie for us so I asked him if she could make a salad for me so I don't stray too far from my diet. She said no problem. :)
