Okay. Enough is enough. I've been WAY off track for several weeks now and my weigh in proves it! I have to focus on tracking my eating and making sure that I am working out daily. With the holidays coming up, I want to be on track! I am going to try to get my husband on board with working out again. I am so much more motivated when he is doing it with me!
