it finally is working..I feel as if I am in control. Here is what I have found. It takes literally 2-3 months before the "habits" become a "lifestyle". I feel that I am living a lifestyle now that I can keep up forever. When you are living a lifestyle, then minor ups and downs don't seem as significant.
