didn't offically weigh in this week, but i pretty much stayed the same. we have a busy weekend ahead, we are helping my son move. so by next week hopefully i'll have a loss. i did okay with the diet this week, but i always hate when i don't have weigh in because somehow i see it as a free pass, i'm going to try very hard not to do that this weekend.
