Yesterday I blew my carbs out of the water! I had a carb fest! And, as expected, I dropped 4 pounds from yesterday to today. I'm going to pay for it for the rest of the week, though, I'm sure. I earned my impending penalty.

I haven't started Atkins yet, i bought the book, but have difficulty figuring out what i can eat, I need everything cut and dried, so the saying goes.
