great party Friday night but 3am end times definitely take more to recover from...having said that, kick a$$ party with great friends that I wouldnt trade for a million years. Back on track today with a decent work out and healthy foods....not super hungry today so its tough to get in the calories but why force it if I am not hungry. Night All
