So happy with the change on the scale after my first week back tracking my food. I have in no way been starving myself but just making healthier choices and trying to use a bit of willpower when it comes to wanting to snack on crisps or sweets when chilling out in front of the telly. Heres to another week of trying as it is so easy to back track 🤞❤️
