We walked Harrison Hot Springs esplanade and to marina yesterday. Beautiful weather and views. I noticed my Fit Bit is counting it as steps when I bounce our grandbaby, to sooth, on the exercise ball, so that really blows my count up. Hope to get another good walk in today. Another gorgeous January day that feels like spring. The waterfalls are flowing, and blue sky is showing up. Don't have any idea how to count that time as exercise. I can spend 1/2 hr or more per day and wear my legs out if I spend too long. My arms are terrifically fit since she was born. However, my age is showing in the kinks and creeks in other areas.
