Took my last antibiotic, and I feel clear of symptoms - yahoo. However, I'm lounging around feeling nauseous. Good grief, what's with that! I added mega dose of magnesium, as recommended by naturopath a few years ago, and chlorella, my go to for years, to deal with constipation. I am winning, however - nausea?
My poor little granddaughter is dealing with a huge problem with hard stools and gas. My son has researched this a great deal. We both trained and ran a colon hydorotherapy clinic years ago. Unfortunately, my family has lots of background of this kind of problem. Keeps coming to mind that I lost a nephew in his 30's to major complications that started like this as an infant. I need to call my brother and nail down what it looked like as an infant. Hate these thoughts. Probably nothing. Pray it is nothing.
I need to get in gear and try on clothes, since I am down about 20 lbs from my top weight, and it has been a few years since I pulled out my cruise wardrobe. I hate packing, so many decisions. It stresses me out. That's why I need to start now and do it little by little. Just start and reduce stress. Another me to me pep talk.
