Didn't want to record weight today. I weigh in every day to keep myself accountable. Sometimes wild swings due to allergic reaction and inflammation. This gain is due to salted popcorn last night and possibly seasoning on BBQ rotisserie chicken. I know all is not lost, but shucks.
Very fatigued and hungry today. No explantaion, I just am. I got a full night of sleep, not having to go to son's house and get baby 1st thing and no overnight baby. I have come to treasure weekends again. So I will lounge. Feel like I could use a nap, but won't sleep.

Doing this will wear you out, weight naturally fluctuates a bit and doing it everyday can ruin your day if you are higher. Maybe try once a week, I find that is best and healthy for my mind. Your heart is in the right place, but I hope you don't beat yourself up due to small fluctuations like that.
