The weight has been slowly coming off. I haven't been logging in my food since I have become much more aware of what I should and should not eat. Been mainly weightlifting...my pants are starting to fit much more loose. I didn't reach my goal for the month of December, but I am still satisfied with losing 7 pounds and I believe my goal for my birthday is still attainable. Keep pressing on FS friends!
