Well, it has been 6 months and I have dropped 40 pounds!! I have dropped 8 sizes!! I have moved out of "women's" and I am now in a size 14! I haven't been here since just before getting pregnant with my son, 23 years ago!!!!! ekk! I am in my second week of my Bowflex workout and am faithful every morning to my 20 minute routine. I LOVE MY BOWFLEX! I think my muscle mass is changing and that is why I haven't dropped any more weight. That is okay. At least I am not gaining...PTL! Since I didn't reach this goal of 160 by tomorrow, It is time now to re-evaluate my goal. On to the next two weeks.
