Not doing too good on the diet front right now. Been having so much happening that i haven't been able to keep up with anything i'm supposed to be doing. I made a few New Year's resolutions, which i never do. I have only done pretty good with 1 and that's keeping my glucose and b/p journal up to date. At the end of the year i had gotten really bad about not taking them and writing them down. I'm supposed to do it 2 times a day so i can catch any problems before they get bad and i end up in the hospital. I'm going back to church tomorrow and that is one of my resolutions. They changed it to only 1 service and its very hard for me to get up early but that was also a resolution and i've been doing pretty good on it I'll only be able to go for 2 weeks and then i'll have to take a break because of surgery again, but i will be going back as soon as i'm able. I have to have surgery on my leg to repair the tendon and its supposed to take away the pain i have whenever i try and walk. I'm going to start my food journal tomorrow and start keeping track of everything i eat and drink. My cholesterol is high now and i can't afford that problem too. Have to go now.
