Only weigh once a week on Saturday. Thought this week I followed OWL reasonably well, fudged a few times, which I know slows down progress.
I get disappointed because my husband also on atkins with me, and he lost 2 pounds this week, and didn't do all the exercises or walking that I did through this week, very frustrating, but I'm not giving up.
Trying to be consistent with my dialy food entries and exercise activity, plus read the post which help a lot.
