Leg day yesterday and heavy dinner late night. Regardless happy that I’m moving in the right direction and goal is to maintain under 178. I have an other surgery coming up 10/3 so I won’t be able to lift for 6 weeks 😩

I’m nearing the end of my six weeks due to surgery too. It went so fast really. Hope your surgery whatever it is, goes well and the recovery 6 flies!! 😘😘😘
