A mid week weigh in (normally do Friday), as I am back on keto from today and hope to reverse this upward trend. The good news however is that my house went on the market yesterday and a couple people interested already, so fingers crossed 🤞. Maybe the excitement of the future will burn some of my weight off 🙂.

It's only day 1 Nadia, but no energy slump mid morning today, so definitely noticing the difference. Looking forward to cooking up some staples later today, once the viewing is done and I can make a mess in the kitchen!

Yes it is hard Erica, but I am hoping that I can distract one with the other, so won't put all my mental energy on either.
Thank you Nadia, I love cooking, so restarting keto will give me opportunity to lose myself in the kitchen. Today I am making peanut butter bread and some cauliflower rice.
