So. For two weeks now I have been at the gym. Only 3 days but an hour work out. But I’ve been eating like shit. So yeah I can handle 15 on the stair climber and walk sorta speedy for 45 mins in the elliptical.. but I apparently can’t say no to any sweets. I’ve gained weight instead losing. The only thing I’m losing is my mind because I’m so annoyed with myself. Why can’t I just ducking say no.
