Reset button 🧿 firmly pressed 2 days ago, feeling focused and strong. I have done a weekly menu with shopping list to match. I will log each meal to ensure I am staying within my limits. I plan to do a decent walk 3 times a week and slightly less on the other days. 🤜🤛💪

Inspirational post …. I am fasting trying to limit cal to 1000-1200 max I don’t live alone ( mother thin) so I try to shrink portions eat what she wants since she gets into one of her moods if I eat what I want 🫣🫣 wish I had the freedom to live the way I choose 🫣🫣

Thank you Lorneylorna I try to work with what am given & do my best am really pleased with my weight loss progress I am now a size 16 when I reached (85kgs ) was a 20 so that’s truly great given my situation …. My goal is another 2 sizes down nothing more slow & steady … and taking all else with a pinch of salt … thank u for being my friend xxx
