Good Morning FS Warriors! 2.3 pound drop this fasting period, which was 12 hours shorter this time around due to New Years. I did not eat optimally on New Years day, but I also did not go overboard. I also did not step on the scale today till after my first cup of coffee...it's COLD!!! I needed that heat first thing this morning. But a loss is a loss, I'm still 1/2 a pound away from reaching my pre-Christmas weight, the 12 ounce cup of coffee probably hid that from me this time, but we will see it next time around! You find folks have a Very Happy New Year and a fast-tastic day...if you are so inclined!
