I've decided to trust the process this year! Starting to resolve my 10 year eating disorder through therapy. Still a work in progress. Taking it one day at a time. I'm kicking off this week with a brisk 10k walk. Doing Golders Hill, Hampstead Heath then Regent's Park! I'm taking full advantage as the weather forecast in London is for a beautiful sunny day!
