I think work is definitely helping with weight-loss. I'm still having a hard time getting hubby up early before work to go to the gym. but I will keep trying. even if I have to switch it up and go on my lunch break or something. I do have some resistance bands I want to use at home since I'm not technically supposed to lift weights due to a back injury. I'm hoping that will give me a good muscle burn.
