So happy with another pound off especially after having indulged in several glasses of Prosecco this week not to mention a chicken bhuna with all the trimmings! Tracking every drop of skimmed milk this week & will definitely be in calorie deficit. All I need in addition today is the right result at Wembley and I’ll be celebrating - with Nozecco .
