My belly hurt last night and this morning. I ate spicy sausage w Melvin and hot wings and French fries at lunch
I’ll chalk it up to that
The rest of my body also hurts. Aches. Maybe that pound I dropped.
Between the bhb and the bp medicine I think I’m on a faster loss journey. No more ff for awhile
