Well, the scale isn't moving but I am wearing jeans that two months ago I wasn't able to button up! I'm finishing up two months of "Eating half and Saving half", a month and a half of having fat secret on my blackberry, 3 weeks of working out 30 minutes 5 times a week (weight lifting & walking) and 2 weeks of listening to my daily positive affirmations. Scale movement or not, I'd have to say all this is working! Jeans fitting don't lie!
